The HPCI team has enjoyed success designing and adapting processes, facilitating and training facilitators for large and small projects such as:

We focus on achieving your objectives by:

• Helping you clarify your purpose;
• Designing a process for your meeting that will achieve those results;
• Linking workshop outcomes to an ongoing process in the real world to ensure lasting results;
• Facilitating a group agreement and commitment to the outcomes (in the usual high-energy, engaging, flexible style);
• Coaching the leaders before and after the meeting;
• Providing advice and follow-up sessions (if required).

You choose the format:  English, French or bilingual or Spanish.

We can serve you from our bases in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, or our facilitators will travel to your location.
