She has worked as a change agent in large, complex, organizations and her work primarily focuses on the transformational aspects of leadership and coaching for sustainable change.
Christine has a deep curiosity about people, systems, and transformation and a passion for helping leaders create environments where creativity and innovation can thrive. She believes that leaders can act deliberately and intentionally in a world that is complex and often messy: a world where a clear path to predetermined outcomes is rare.
