Frank Byrnes

Frank Byrnes is the President of Human Potential Consultants Inc. (HPCI) since 1989 and leader of a team of consultants sharing skills, strategies and techniques to equip individuals, teams and organizations.  He has worked with a wide variety of organizations – as a trainer, facilitator, and consultant to help them mobilize passion to achieve their results.  He is also a course leader for the American Management Association (AMA) and Canadian Management Centre (CMC) in leadership, management and communication.

He has facilitated dramatic commitments to renewed enthusiasm for the personal and professional lives of a wide range of individuals and organizations:  executives, police officers, human resource professionals, ambulance technicians, entrepreneurs, scientists, managers, sales people “affected” employees, and survivors of downsizing, etc.

He has conducted hundreds of workshops in:

He has produced a CD entitled “The Human Connection” to prepare people for important communication (sales, negotiation, interview, conflict, etc)

He designed a process to develop high performance teams and trained individuals in the skills and strategies to succeed; including developing executive leadership, change management, high performance team building and facilitation. As a facilitator and consultant he supports leaders at all levels in organizations in designing and implementing initiatives to improve quality service in their organizations.  He mobilizes the passion in teams and organizations by creating a safe and dynamic environment in a frame of accountability.  This approach is interactive, experiential, compatible with the brain and group dynamics, light-hearted and fun.

He has also delivered skills/training and facilitation services to executives, administrative, technical and operational personnel.  Mr. Byrnes delivers training and consulting interventions in the skills and strategies necessary for the establishment and maintenance of effective teams, organizations and communities.

Frank has developed his skills as a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, facilitator, trainer, intelligence officer, peace officer, and teacher.

He provides workshops in both French and English. He has a working knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Mandarin Chinese.
