Wayne Van Damme

Wayne Van Damme is a team member of Human Potential Consultants inc. (HPCI). As a facilitator and consultant Wayne’s approach to training and consulting is: “I am here to help you become more successful”.

Wayne Van Damme supports an organization by providing a learning experience that is useful, practical and which adds value. His approach is interactive, where fun and learning are combined to maximize the specific needs of each person.

Wayne has developed and facilitated over a hundred custom workshops in:

As an executive with over thirty-seven years of progressive experience in information management and systems Wayne has obtained knowledge and understanding of a wide range of business issues for large and complex organizations in both the private and public sector.

Wayne has proven skills in leadership along with strategic and operational planning, customer service, timely delivery of large complex projects, team building and staff development.

He has the ability to make things happen, get the work done, and provide real world solutions for real problems that provide long-term sustainability and value. Wayne has always followed (and advocated) accountability, measurable outcomes of performance, planning, risk management, quality management and due diligence

In 2003 Wayne was engaged to establish a Project Management Officer for a large Health Authority and since that time Wayne has focused on the development and delivery of training workshops to help people learn the various skills that are required on their journey to success.
